Hong Kong Columns 2015-2016 Issue #11 – The ‘Miracle’ of Snow

On the 24th January 2016, Hong Kong experienced the third lowest temperature ever recorded in its history. Residents whom are familiar with the subtropical climate of the city woke up to the coldest morning in 59 years. Weather forecasts predicted snowfall in Hong Kong, which is itself a novelty for many locals.
